What We're Looking For


* Active CNA certification in the state of California


* Skilled nursing, rehab, or post-acute care experience preferred - but new grads welcome


* Passion for working with seniors in a caring, respectful manner


* Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing


* Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn electronic documentation systems


* Ability to follow instructions, think critically, and work independently when needed


* Current medical clearance and ability to pass a background check


* Team-oriented mindset with reliability and compassion
