As the Front Office Manager, you’ll lead the team that makes every arrival welcoming, efficient and memorable.

This role is responsible for all Front Office operations, with the opportunity to oversee the Club Lounge for candidates with the right experience. 

Your day to day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:


* Lead and manage all Front Office operations including reception, concierge, and instant service


* Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that ensures every guest receives prompt, professional and personalised service


* Plan daily staffing, assign work and ensure the Front Office is appropriately resourced at all times


* Coach, mentor and develop Front Office team members through regular feedback, performance management and recognition


* Ensure VIPs, loyalty members and repeat guests receive appropriate recognition and personal attention


* Actively engage with guests, handle complaints effectively and use feedback to drive continuous improvement


* Oversee the night audit process and ensure accurate daily financial reporting


* Maximise revenue through upselling and effective rate strategy at the front desk


* Monitor labour costs and control departmental expenses in line with budget


* Ensure all billing, credit and financial transactions are handled securely and in line with hotel policy


* Maintain Front Office procedures, service standards, systems and security protocols


* Coordinate and communicate guest arrivals, departures, VIP movements and special requests with relevant departments


* For experienced candidates, oversee Club Lounge operations to ensure a premium guest experience


* Perform Manager on Duty duties as required
