What? Working Student / Internship in the field of Project Management / Technical Debt.

When and Where? Starting February/March 2026 in the Düsseldorf area.

Duration? For at least 12 months.

Weekly working hours: 17-20

What we care about: You are a registered student of business informatics, computer science, engineering or something similar and communicate fluent in English (C1).

You consider your structured way of working to be one of your strengths and you describe yourself as a communicative and proactive person.

Analytical capabilities, strategic thinking skills and a combination of economic and technical knowledge are necessary.

Your IMPACT:


* Optimize the digital landscape by reducing technical debt and manage an application portfolio in the Customer Support, (approx.

200 applications, evolving)



* Perform a comprehensive assessment of the current state and conduct regular data quality reviews across all applications in the portfolio


* Collaborate closely with application owners to ensure proper implementation of the technical debt strategy


* Identify rationalization opportunities (e.g.

consolidation, decommissioning) and develop action plans in agreement with Capability Architects and Capability Leaders


* Participate in technical debt management reviews and governance routine and secure compliance with company standards


* Ensure regular alignment with Application Owners and Business Owners
