Responsibilities


* Provide quality PT treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist


* Assist with care plan implementation and goal progression


* Document services per facility and regulatory guidelines


* Support residents in achieving optimal functional outcomes


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality care

Qualifications


* Current California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license


* Experience in skilled nursing preferred, but new graduates are welcome


* Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
