Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:


* Design and implement sales enablement programs to improve productivity and win rates.


* Lead Digital sales strategy, CRM optimization, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy.


* Develop and deploy training programs focused on solution selling and customer engagement.


* Optimize go-to-market models across direct, indirect, and digital channels.


* Support segmentation, targeting, and territory planning to maximize coverage and impact.


* Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to align commercial execution with campaigns.


* Build and lead commercial analytics capabilities to support decision-making.


* Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs and business performance.


* Champion a data-driven culture across sales and commercial teams.


* This role reports to the Commercial Strategy Director, Asia (International Family Care & Professional)
