We are seeking dedicated individuals to join us as full-time, on-site team members at our new, state-of-the-art factory located in the thriving city of DeSoto, Kansas.

Position Summary: The M aterial Handler is responsible for overseeing the movement of materials and products within the facility, ensuring that everything flows smoothly in receiving and shipping.

This involves operating equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks.

Essential duties include unloading/loading trucks, delivering materials to production, and handling documentation for material receipts and deliveries.

The Material Handler plays a crucial role in maintaining production efficiency, organizing workspace, and upholding quality standards while demonstrating adept troubleshooting skills.

Essential Duties:

Delivery of materials to the production floor.

Analyze and estimate workload based on order sheets

+
Perform daily, operational, routine, and periodic checks on delivered raw materials .

Recording and inspection on equipment, including cleaning, checking, and adding fluids as needed.

Perform quality checks using microscopes, micrometers, measuring devices, digital voltmeters (optional), calipers, rulers, and other related devices.

Use mobile equipment in daily operations to include forklifts, walkies, etc.

Unloading materials for delivery trucks

Follow work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), including safety compliance.

Prepare documentation as required .

Maintains a clean and safe work area following the 6S standard

Understands department workflow, processes & is detail-oriented.
