Sr. manager Ecostruxure Plant solution Expert

Role Summary

Digitization is a key enabler of sustainable economic development and a top priority for end users and system integrators (SIs).

Schneider Electric India seeks to position itself as a trusted partner in this transformation by offering dedicated technical support and expertise.

The EcoX Plan Solution Expert will play a critical role in supporting end users and SIs in defining and implementing automation and digital solutions.

Acting as a national-level technical advisor, this role ensures seamless integration of Schneider Electric's solutions, tailored to customer needs, while driving business growth through early engagement and strategic support.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales Expertise:

o Provide technical pre-sales support to the sales team on process automation architectures to accelerate sales growth and improve conversion rates.

• Solution Design & Consultation:

o Collaborate with partners to define optimal TVDA architectures based on customer requirements and constraints.

o Explain and demonstrate technical advantages, conduct proofs of concept (POC), and address in-depth technical questions on integration and compatibility.

• Value Creation:

o Deliver differentiation through system and architecture expertise, including pre-project consultations, feasibility studies, and audits.

• Customer Engagement:

o Act as a trusted advisor to strengthen relationships, convert automation and digital opportunities into successful business outcomes, and support the sales team throughout the customer journey.

Education & Experience:

• Proven experience in designing systems and EcoStruxure architectures, with a strong understanding of their capabilities and limitations.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in industrial automation design and/or troubleshooting.

• Hands-on experience in technical engineering, application design, or validation.
