International Treasury Analyst

Job Description

As the International Treasury Analyst, you will assist with all international treasury related activities located in China, Mexico, Brazil, Canada, Germany, United Kingdom, Italy, and any other international entity created in the future.

You will also assist, in some cases, own the day-to-day, tactical work related to the international treasury function.

Responsibilities



* Compile and maintain all international bank balances and determine daily international consolidated cash position-including international investments and excess cash balances.


* Create and perform routine and ad hoc analysis of the International and Domestic Treasury function from both internal and external data sets.


* Conduct analysis and provide reporting for foreign currency, fuel, and other related commodity exposures for the entire company and detailed by operating unit.


* Conduct all international banking setup and ongoing international banking operations.


* Conduct maintenance, reporting, and other activities related to international banking, investments, and expansion.


* Perform periodic reporting on established international KPIs, bank fee/credit card fee and tender acceptance costs, and other internal and external data points.


* Maintain bank system access controls, associated control and compliance documentation, and a listing of authorized bank platform users and signers.

Qualifications



* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, International Business, Accounting or related field or equivalent


* Minimum of one - two years of experience in Treasury, Finance, Accounting and/or professional experience required


* Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Suite (Excel and Access, specifically preferred


* Must be self-motivated, inquisitive, detail-oriented, analytical with demonstrated strong organizational/prioritization skills.


* Excellent communications skills (verbal and written) are essential
