Position Summary:

Research Analyst - Performs regular data maintainence and integrity checks.

Completes mapping requests for the Department.

Conduct field analysis of markets as required.

Position Responsibilities:


* To clasify and analize stores markets, competitors, traffic and other indicators, in order to use this information for better PTA analysis and to use it for the regression model to have a better sales proyection and more PTAs for future AZ MEX growth.


* To maintain and update data files and programs used in computer systems by the Research Department in order to use this information for better PTA analysis and to use it for the regression model to have a better sales proyection and more PTAs for future AZ MEX growth.


* To elaborate cannibalization reports and and help to analize/elaborate saturation indices, in order to use this information for better PTA analysis and to use it for PTAs approval presentations for future AZ MEX growth.


* To create procedures to automation of files and reports, in order to use this information for better PTA analysis and to use it for the regression model to have a better sales proyection and more PTAs for future AZ MEX growth.


* To support on doing statical analysis as needed, in order to use this information for better PTA analysis and to use it for PTAs approval presentations for future AZ MEX growth.

Position Requirements:


* Level of Formal Education:A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.


* Area of Study:Actuarial Science, Computer Science, Engineer


* Years of Experience:Minimum/no experience.


* Type of Experience:Experience in analysis of data, database management and statistical basics

Qualifications



* A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.


* Actuarial Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Geography


* 3 to 5 years


* Experience in analysis of data, database management and statistical analysis


* Database Management, Geo-spatial software, Computers Systems, Powerpoint, MS Excel


* Analytical skills, communication skills (verbal and written), human relations skills, bilingual (English/Spanish)
