Digital Platform Intern (Mty, N.L.)

What will you do?

Your Impactful Responsibilities:


* Provide operational support to the GSC team, focusing on applications related to GSC catalogs and mainly assisting the Procurement and Planning team.


* Help users with platform access and resolve issues through ServiceNow and GSC-related systems.


* Assist in ticket management, troubleshooting, and escalation when needed.


* Participate in onboarding training sessions and learn how digital tools enable global supply chain processes.


* Collaborate with local team members while interacting with global stakeholders on recurring topics.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?


* Curiosity and willingness to learn digital platforms and supply chain processes.


* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


* Comfortable using basic digital tools; familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus.


* Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.


* Ability to work in a team-oriented, global environment.


* Location: Mty HUB (Punto Valle)

Who will you report to?


* You'll report to the GSC Application Leader for Mexico.


* Work closely with the local GSC team mainly Procurement and Planning, while interacting with global stakeholders.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?


* Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.


* Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).


* Strong customer focus and commitment to quality.


* Detail-oriented and organized.


* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Systems, Engineering, IT, or related field.
