Corporate Accountant

Guardian Glass is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Corporate Accountant to join our team in Auburn Hills, MI!

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our global financial operations, supporting both routine accounting duties and opportunities for process improvement.

What You Will Do



* Accurately record financial transactions in the accounting system


* Perform regular General Ledger (GL) processes to ensure accurate and timely posting to the ledger


* Contribute ideas and support initiatives to enhance and improve the GL process


* Import and validate financial data in the OneStream platform


* Take ownership of key accounting tasks by using critical thinking to ensure accurate reconciliations, support month-end closings, and assist the accounting team


* Prepare and provide required documentation and reports for internal and external audits

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* Strong attention to detail and accuracy


* Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills


* Willingness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement

What Will Put You Ahead


* Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field


* Up to 5 years of relevant accounting experience


* Familiarity with journal entry preparation and General Ledger processes


* Knowledge in one or more of the following: key Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables), Power BI, or OneStream
