Director of Healthcare Analytics

* Must have healthcare experience.

Key Responsibilities


* Clean, and transform large healthcare datasets from multiple sources (EHR, PM systems, financial, operational).


* Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures.


* Design, build, and publish Tableau dashboards and data visualizations for executive and operational use.


* Conduct population census and growth analyses to identify key trends and improvement opportunities.


* Partner with clinical, operational, business development and finance leaders to translate business questions into analytic solutions.


* Ensure accuracy, data integrity, and timely delivery of recurring reports and ad hoc requests.


* Document processes, metrics definitions, and dashboards for consistency and knowledge sharing.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications


* Strong SQL skills.


* Advanced Tableau experience (parameters, LOD calculations, interactive dashboards).


* Familiarity with healthcare data (EHR/PM systems, patient flows, claims, outcomes).


* Ability to analyze complex data and present insights clearly to non-technical audiences.


* Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail.


* Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.

Education


* Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Healthcare Informatics, Accounting / Finance.

Exempt Position: Annual Rate: $131,900-$219,800.
