Job Summary
As an Associate II in Securities Services Operations Transformation - Cross Product Change Services, you will play a pivotal role in delivering business testing analysis for cross-functional projects.
You will support transformational global initiatives and contribute to the strategic rollout of automated testing solutions.
Working within a collaborative team, you will engage with stakeholders across Operations, Product, and Technology.
Your expertise will help drive process improvements and ensure high-quality delivery.

Job Responsibilities
* Deliver precise testing estimates during daily scrum meetings to optimize test planning.
* Document and execute test scenarios, writing scripts using Business Driven Development.
* Record and evidence testing results in the JIRA tool for transparency and traceability.
* Utilize test automation tools to enable efficient end-to-end test execution.
* Partner closely with Operations, Product, and Technology groups to ensure alignment.
* Identify opportunities to accelerate and synergize testing processes for assigned projects.
* Syndicate information to team members for validation prior to implementation.
* Monitor and report testing defects, managing the re-testing process effectively.
* Validate and present test results for internal sign-off and stakeholder review.
* Deputize for the Test Manager in project calls and communications as needed.
* Engage actively in internal and cross-team initiatives to improve efficiency and quality.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
* Demonstrate extensive experience in functional and regression testing within financial services.
* Apply proficiency in Agile project delivery and adapt to evolving methodologies.
* Define requirements, document user stories, and execute test scripts with accuracy.
* Solve complex problems and provide timely, structured solutions.
* Focus on detail to prevent errors and identify improvement opportunities.
* Develop and analyze metrics to ensure testing aligns with project objectives.
* Report program insights using systemic, data-driven approaches.
