As a Cybersecurity & Global Security Attorney in the Legal Department, you will serve as a subject matter expert on legal and regulatory issues related to cybersecurity, information security, and global security.

You will draft and negotiate critical contract terms, analyze laws and regulations across jurisdictions, and advise on incident response and crisis management.

This role offers the opportunity to work independently and with outside counsel, supporting senior management and providing practical, strategic advice to our cybersecurity, technology controls, and global security teams.

Job Responsibilities:


* Draft and negotiate cybersecurity and information security terms in supplier and client contracts.


* Analyze and advise on cybersecurity and physical security regulations across multiple jurisdictions.


* Participate in advocacy and policy efforts to shape industry standards and regulatory frameworks.


* Advise on cybersecurity incident response, crisis management, and regulatory engagement.


* Provide day-to-day legal advice to cybersecurity, technology controls, and global security teams.


* Identify legal issues, analyze problems, and deliver practical solutions within risk tolerances.


* Advise on global security matters, including physical and technical security, insider risk, and strategic threats.


* Exhibit excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills.


* Represent the Firm in legal matters, working independently and with outside counsel.
