Your Role: Pharmacovigilance Associate (New Zealand & Australia Hub)

As the Pharmacovigilance Associate, you will be part of the regional PV team supporting New Zealand and acting as Deputy for Australia.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring local compliance with PV regulations, managing safety reporting, and strengthening PV processes across the Affiliate/Hub.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and global PV colleagues to support product safety and regulatory excellence.

Your Responsibilities:



* Serve as the primary point of contact and provide leadership on all PV matters within the Affiliate/Hub.


* Ensure timely collection, assessment, and submission of adverse events, periodic safety reports, and responses to Regulatory Authority requests.


* Maintain and update PV databases, SOPs, documentation, and training records to meet local and global PV standards.


* Support local TACS and Quality teams in coordinating AEs and product complaints, ensuring full compliance.


* Act as Deputy PV Manager for Australia and provide backup PV support for other regions as required.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):



* Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific, veterinary, medical, or related field (or equivalent experience).


* Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pharmacovigilance, regulatory affairs, product safety, or related functions.


* Top 2 skills: Strong regulatory compliance knowledge and excellent cross-functional communication skills.

What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (preferred qualifications):



* Experience managing PV systems at an Affiliate or regional hub level.


* Familiarity with New Zealand and/or Australian PV regulations.


* Demonstrated ability to develop SOPs and deliver PV training.


* Experience supporting global PV initiatives or multi-country PV responsibilities.


* Strong analytical skills and comfort working with safety databases.
