Divisional Director

Divisional Director Position Summary:
The Director is responsible for developing and overseeing programs in multiple counties.
Oversight of the programs include the direct supervision of program supervisors, coordinators and/or staff., daily operations, and management of programs.
In addition, the Director is responsible for assisting in the Division’s CQI process, assisting in new program development and serving as an administrative back up to the Vice President.
Divisional Director Job Responsibilities:
1.
Attends conferences and outside agency meetings relating to the child and family programs and agency services; interprets programs and policies to community groups.
2.
Maintains a specific system of regular inspection of clinical records, treatment reports and service plans to ensure compliance with agency and regulatory policies, procedures and standards as well as evidencing sound clinical practice.

Monitors financial status for assigned programs and makes recommendations to meet fiscal objectives.
3.
Acts as a clinical consultant to the division programs including reviewing and evaluating clinical practices and procedures and making recommendations as to how to improve practice.
4.
Values service, excellence, and responsibility, seeing opportunity where others see barriers to success.
Strives to create and sustain an inclusive environment where everyone feels a strong sense of belonging.
5.
Produces ongoing statistical and narrative reports as required by the agency and by regulatory and/or funding bodies.
Maintains required program certifications.
6.
Assures initial staff orientation, ongoing development planning, and separation aligned with agency values.
7.
Initiates personnel recruitment and participates in selection, provides supervision and annual performance evaluations to ensure high quality service.
8.
Identifies Untoward Incidents; ensures proper incident notification; debriefs staff; coordinates submission of required documentation.
Participates in the agency-wide incident review process.
9.
Participates in the coordination of program development; consults with the Vice President in setting, achieving, and evaluating program objectives and goals.
10.
Develops and maintains effective relationships with other service providers and community organizations in the interest of clients and program goals.
