Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills



* Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience


* Experience as a software engineer, with a track record of leading complex projects and engineering teams to successful delivery.


* Experience in building large-scale platforms, with deep knowledge of data quality, observability, and entitlement management to ensure robust, secure, and reliable solutions.


* Expertise in modern programming languages such as Java, Python, or Scala.


* Experience with the AWS platform, including its core services, architecture best practices, and security features.


* Experience with big data technologies, including Apache Spark, for large-scale data processing and analytics.
