Pre-Assembly Lead
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manufacturing Lead to guide our Sub-Assembly Team and oversee the successful execution of projects.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality product.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to team, guiding them through problem resolution.
• Quickly identifies root causes and implements effective solutions.
• Prepare and present reports on team performance and production issues.
• Facilitate clear communication between the production floor and upper management.
• Supervise daily manufacturing operations to ensure production schedules are met.
Skills:
• Driving ongoing enhancements in processes and productivity.
• Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Monitoring and maintaining product standards.
• Enforcing and adhering to workplace safety protocols.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred).
• 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality systems.
