DGM Transformer Tendering

Job Title: DGM Tendering (Transformer)

Location : Vadodara

Job Summary:

Provide support to the Tender Manager in the day-to-day actions of the tendering team.
Process customer Request For Quotations efficiently to meet the customer requested date.
Interpret customer specifications to ensure the correct requirements are delivered.
Any ambiguities must be clarified with opportunity leader prior to uploading Request For Quotation in bFO.
Ensure customer and opportunity leader are aware of any non-compliance in the offer.
Ensure all Terms and Conditions are as per standard.

Any deviations from standard Terms and
Conditions must be raised to Tendering Manager prior to offer being upload Provide support to the Tender Manager in the day-to-day actions of the tendering team.

Qualifications:


* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering


* 10+ years of experience



* Proficiency in project management tools


* Strong understanding of project management methodologies


* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:


* Experience managing cross-functional teams


* Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
