We specialize in dementia and Alzheimer's care, and are proud to offer innovative programs such as Sensory Integration Therapy to support our residents' quality of life.

Responsibilities


* Evaluate, plan, and provide therapy for residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders


* Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and medical staff to achieve optimal outcomes


* Implement individualized care plans that support functional independence and quality of life


* Document treatment and progress in accordance with state and federal standards


* Educate residents, families, and staff on therapy techniques and goals

Qualifications


* Current California Speech Language Pathology license


* Strong clinical and interpersonal skills


* Team-oriented, compassionate, and resident-focused


* Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred (new grads welcome)
