Summary

The Restaurant Supervisor coordinates the food service activities of the Club Dining outlets and Shores Hotel restaurant, ensuring quality delivery of service by restaurant staff.

This position upholds and promotes LJBTC, Inc’s Signature Service standards to ensure an exceptional member and guest experience.

The Restaurant Supervisor contributes to creating a lasting impression of exemplary service, resulting in highly satisfied and loyal members and guests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



* Assigns work to employees and monitors performance to ensure LJBTC, Inc.'s Signature Service standards are maintained.


* Estimates food and beverage costs and requisitions or purchases supplies necessary for the Front of the House operations of Club Dining outlets and Shores restaurant.


* Supports Club Dining outlets and Shores Hotel by collaborating with the Sous Chefs, management and other service personnel to enhance menu options and related activities such as dining room, bar, and banquet operations.


* Inspects food and food preparation to maintain standards and sanitation regulations.
