On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) — Tiburon Hills Care Center

Tiburon Hills Care Center is looking for a compassionate, reliable On-Call RN to support our residents and nursing team.

Pay & Schedule


* Starting at $48/hr (DOE)


* Per diem / on-call AM & PM, Weekend and holiday

What You'll Do


* Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with physician orders and facility policies


* Oversee and support LVNs/CNAs; ensure excellent handoffs and documentation


* Perform assessments, wound care, medication administration, and care plan updates


* Respond to urgent resident needs and support admissions as needed


* Collaborate with IDT to promote resident comfort, dignity, and outcomes

What You'll Bring


* Active California RN license in good standing


* BLS/CPR certification (AHA or equivalent)


* SNF/long-term care or post-acute experience preferred (new-to-SNF RNs with strong clinical skills welcome)


* Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork under pressure


* Reliability and flexibility to cover short-notice shifts
