We're looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Speech Therapist to join our family and help our patients find their voice.

This position is Part-Time/PRN.

Job Description: Are you passionate about helping others communicate effectively? Do you have a knack for making therapy sessions fun and engaging? If so, we want you on our team! As a Speech Therapist at Las Colinas Post Acute, you'll work with a diverse group of patients, from those recovering from strokes to individuals with speech and language disorders.

Your goal will be to develop personalized treatment plans that make a real difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities:


* Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders.


* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.


* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.


* Educate patients and their families on strategies to improve communication.


* Keep detailed records of patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

What We're Looking For:


* A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.


* Valid state licensure and ASHA certification.


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


* A positive attitude and a sense of humor.
