OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST (INPATIENT) - REGISTRY

Work Schedule: PRN role with various shifts and hours, you will work at Swedish American Hospital in Rockford.

Minimum of 2 weekend days every 4 weeks.

Weekday hours 6am-6pm as needed

Qualifications

Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and completes mandatory CEUs as required.

Required
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Required

Licenses & Certifications


* CPR certification.

Required


* Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure per department policy.
