Pay: Up to $70 per hour
Schedule: Full Time, Part Time, or Per Diem

Responsibilities


* Provide occupational therapy services in a skilled nursing setting


* Develop and carry out individualized treatment plans


* Work with nurses, physicians, and rehab team members to achieve patient goals


* Document treatment and progress in accordance with state and federal standards


* Educate residents and families on therapy goals and self-care strategies

Qualifications


* Current California Occupational Therapist license


* Strong clinical and communication skills


* Team-oriented with a passion for patient-centered care


* Skilled nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
