Victorian Post-Acute is hiring Licensed Vocational Nurse

Looking for:


* Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with a passion for working with seniors.


* Must have an ability to communicate well in writing and verbally in English.


* Trainable and able to follow instructions and implement them.


* Able to make independent decisions and apply critical thinking.


* Must be a dedicated, compassionate and caring team-player.

Job Duties:


* Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.


* Complete and file required recordkeeping forms/charts upon the resident's admission, transfer, and/or discharge.


* Periodically review the resident's written discharge plan.

Participate in the updating of the resident's written discharge plan as required


* Make daily rounds of your unit/shift to ensure that nursing service personnel are performing their work assignments in accordance with acceptable nursing standards.
