About the role

In this role, you will lead and oversee complex cybersecurity initiatives related to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and outsourcing activities.

This position requires strategic vision, strong cybersecurity awareness, and exceptional leadership to ensure risk management and compliance throughout all phases of large-scale programs.

The individual must collaborate effectively with IT teams and business units to align security objectives with organizational goals.

About You

You are a seasoned leader who thrives on managing complexity and driving results in high-stakes environments.

You bring deep experience in large-scale, multi-phase projects and have successfully led Merger, Acquisition, Divestiture & Outsourcin g (MADO) integrations from strategy through execution.

Your experience with integrations will be critical.

Strong communication skills are essential, enabling you to explain complex technical issues to non-technical audiences.

You will be responsible for



* Leading large, complex cybersecurity programs, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures from due diligence and strategic planning through execution and close-out, ensuring security posture alignment and regulatory compliance.



* Directing cross-functional teams -technical and business-to achieve program goals, managing scope, changes, risks, and issues effectively, with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity risk mitigation.



* Developing and executing comprehensive project plans to deliver agreed objectives within specified timeframes while embedding cybersecurity controls and best practices.
