Title: Supervisory Paralegal

Location:  Nationwide -Onsite at government facilities

Security Clearance: Top Secret Background Investigation

Schedule: Due to the nature of law enforcement work and operation, position may require occasional support outside of core working hours, as well as intermittent weekend support, mission dependent.

Salary: $95,000-125,000/Annual

Job Summary:

The Supervisory Paralegal provides expert-level leadership and oversight of paralegal and case support functions across highly complex litigation, investigative, and administrative matters.

This role directs large-scale case-support operations, ensures the highest level of accuracy and procedural compliance, and serves as a senior resource to attorneys, investigators, and federal stakeholders.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities: 


* Lead and supervise Paralegal personnel, including workload distribution, performance management, coaching, and quality control.


* Oversee preparation and review of complex pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits, document productions, and evidentiary packages.


* Participate in or lead discovery efforts, including coordinating large document reviews, privilege determinations, and deposition preparation. 


* Manage trial and hearing support activities, including exhibit lists, witness materials, litigation notebooks, and electronic evidence. 


* Provide subject-matter expertise on legal procedures, evidentiary rules, and document-management standards. 


* Coordinate with attorneys, investigators, and government officials to ensure timely and accurate case support.


* Develop and implement process improvements, standardized templates, and best-practice documentation methods. 


* Provide training and leadership development for paralegals and administrative case staff. 

Minimum Qualifications & Skills:


* Associate degree or paralegal certificate required; Bachelor’s degree preferred 


* Ten (10) years of paralegal experience required, including extensive litigation and supervisory experience in a federal environment.   


* Expert knowledge of litigation procedures, evidence standards, and federal case management workflows.
