Nights - Chef De Partie

At InterContinental London Park Lane we are currently looking for a Nights Chef de Partie to join the Kitchen Team

To succeed as our Nights Chef de Partie you will:


* Be able to work 5 days out of 7 between 10:00pm-6:30am each night. 


* Be passionate about delivering great food and great service.


* Have 2 Years’ experience as a night as DMCP or CDP 5

* Hotel.


* Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the development of new dishes and menus.


* Be aware of profit margins and keeping waste to a minimum.


* Be confident to lead, making time to provide in the moment feedback that helps to drive individual development and performance for any chefs working under you.


* Hold City & Guilds 706/1or NVQ equivalent.


* Have experience with working in all sections of the kitchen.


* Be willing to learn new things and work as part of a wide hotel team and most importantly be a team player.

As our Nights Chef de Partie you will be responsible for the preparation and cooking of the food including the plating of dishes making sure all the food is cooked to the guests’ expectations.
