* Drive forward environmental and water resource projects by contributing high-level hydrogeologic and modeling insights.


* Lead the development and interpretation of 3D geological and groundwater flow models that guide decision-making.

What You’ll Bring

Required


* Bachelor’s degree in Hydrogeology or Geology.


* 4+ years of hydrogeology experience, including groundwater modeling.


* Hands-on experience with MODFLOW/MT3D and newer platforms such as MODFLOW-USG or MODFLOW 6.


* Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills; ability to produce high-quality technical reports.


* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced consulting environment.


* Commitment to safety and adherence to established Health & Safety protocols.


* Driver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area.

Preferred


* Master’s degree in Hydrogeology or Geology.


* Experience programmatically managing modeling data using languages such as Fortran, Python, or R.


* Background using data analytics or visualization tools.
