Job Description:

Role overview

To ensure the efficient, accurate, and timely handling of all outbound and inbound shipments, including coordination with carriers, documentation, and internal stakeholders, while maintaining compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Responsible for negotiating transportation rates, managing shipment tenders, and evaluating new logistics suppliers in line with established company policies.

 

Key Responsibilities:


* Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs agents to ensure timely delivery.


* Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or discrepancies.


* Maintain accurate records in the logistics system


* Collaborate with warehouse, production, and customer service teams to align shipping priorities.


* Ensure compliance with international and domestic shipping regulations.

 

Requirements:


* Secondary education in logistics, supply chain, or related field.


* Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a logistics or shipping role


* Knowledge of shipping procedures, documentation, and Incoterms.


* Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).


* Good communication skills in (English is advantage)


* Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

 

Preferred Qualifications:


* Experience with international shipping and customs clearance.


* Basic knowledge of Excel and logistics reporting tools.


* Team-oriented mindset and proactive problem-solving skills.
