What you'll do


* Evaluate and treat residents based on physician orders and individualized care plans.


* Develop goal-driven treatment programs, track progress, and adjust as clinically indicated.


* Document evaluations, daily notes, weekly progress, and recertification per state practice act and payer requirements.


* Participate in care conferences and in‑service education; partner closely with families and staff.


* Supervise SLPAs in direct care and patient‑related activities in alignment with state regulations.

What you'll bring


* Master's (or doctoral) degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.


* Current CA SLP license in good standing.


* Strong clinical judgment, clear communication, and a resident‑first mindset.
