Key Responsibilities:

RPA Development Support:


* Assist senior RPA developers in designing and building automation workflows using Automation Anywhere.


* Learn how to develop and modify RPA scripts and workflows to automate repetitive business processes.

Testing & Debugging:


* Help with the testing and validation of automation workflows to ensure they meet quality and functionality standards.


* Participate in debugging and troubleshooting bot errors, and support in resolving issues under the guidance of senior developers.

Documentation & Process Mapping:


* Assist in documenting automation processes, workflows, and solutions.


* Help map out business processes to identify automation opportunities and assist in the process documentation.

Bot Monitoring & Support:


* Monitor and track the performance of deployed bots to ensure they are running smoothly.


* Provide support for deployed bots, including identifying and reporting issues.

Required Qualifications:


* Rising junior or senior (highly preferred) currently enrolled in a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.


* Basic understanding of programming concepts (e.g., C#, VB.NET, Python, or JavaScript).


* Familiarity with Automation Anywhere.


* Strong interest in learning about automation technologies and robotic process automation.

Preferred Qualifications:


* Previous internship or experience in programming, software development, or automation-related work is a plus.


* Exposure to relational databases and SQL is beneficial.


* RPA certification or courses in RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc.) are a plus but not required.
