Executive Director, Identity Data & Lifecycle Management

As Executive Director, Identity Data and Lifecycle Management, you will be a key product leader within the Trust and Security Organization, reporting to the Head of Identity.

You will lead a team of product managers and partner closely with technology teams to build and enhance core identity capabilities, including identity lifecycle management, identity resolution, identity graph, and consent management.

Job Responsibilities


* Serve as the product lead for identity lifecycle management, identity resolution, identity graph, and consent management, setting vision, strategy, and execution plans.

* Build, launch, and continuously improve identity data and lifecycle management capabilities to ensure Chase has the best identity stack in the industry.

(Capability Development)


* Collaborate closely with technology, design, modeling, and other stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable, and secure identity solutions.

(Cross-Functional Partnership)


* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.

* Partner with the broader identity team to align on the overall identity roadmap and strategy, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of identity capabilities.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:


* Proven experience as a product leader in identity, data management, or related technology domains.


* Deep understanding of identity lifecycle management, identity resolution, identity graph, and consent management.


* Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing product teams.

Experience leading large, cross-functional data infrastructure projects at large enterprises.


* Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:


* Demonstrated success in building and launching complex technology products, preferably in financial services or regulated industries.
