Position Overview:

The Enterprise Project Manager is a key member of the Enterprise Project Management Office (PMO), responsible for leading complex, cross-functional initiatives that support the Bank's strategic, operational, and client-experience goals.

This role manages projects from concept through implementation with a strong focus on process improvement, operational efficiency, technology enablement, and client impact.

The Enterprise Project Manager must be a clear, concise, and effective communicator, capable of translating complex information into simple, actionable guidance for stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Delivery


* Lead complex initiatives end-to-end, managing a portfolio of projects including system implementations, vendor integrations, experience enhancements, and process/workflow improvements.



* Define and manage project plans and associated documentation and materials.



* Provide timely, concise, and clear communication on project status, risks, decisions, and impacts.



* Build strong partnerships with business units, technology teams, operations, and vendors to support alignment and quick issue resolution.



* Leverage enterprise tools including Planview ProjectPlace, PPM Pro, Sharepoint, and Power BI.
