IT Operations Center Technician

Work Schedule:

100% FTE, Full-time.

Evening/Night shift, Tuesday - Saturday, 3PM - 11:30PM.

You will work at the UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital.

Additional components of compensation may include:

Qualifications


* Associate degree in healthcare, information technology, business, or related field.

Two (2) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, healthcare, cybersecurity, information technology, engineering, business, or related field.

Work Experience


* Two (2) years' experience in a 24/7 operations, service desk, SOC, or NOC environment.

* Experience in healthcare setting.

Licenses & Certifications


* ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Foundation certified.
