What you will do

The Senior Manager of Revenue Growth Management will play a critical role in shaping Kenvue's commercial strategy by driving Trade Promotion excellence, Assortment (Mix) optimization, and leading the Strategic Portfolio Management process.

This position is a key connector between Customer Development and internal cross-functional teams, ensuring the voice of the customer is embedded in decision-making through an RGM lens.

This person needs to be effective in influencing brand and customer strategies while being a source of retailer and competitive insights.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities


* Lead Trade Promotion & Assortment (Mix) Optimization, leveraging tools such as POM, Kenvue's TPx system, and syndicated data sources to maximize growth and profitability.


* Drive the Strategic Portfolio Management process, including timelines, training, tools, and outputs that build the foundation for delivering value in the 2-Year Operating Plan (2YOP).


* Provide strategic guidance on pricing, product mix, and trade promotion to achieve revenue and margin targets.


* Incorporate new tools, technology, and capabilities to enhance trade and mix optimization, and support field implementation.


* Partner with Customer Development, Squad, and Marketing teams to develop and execute revenue growth strategies that drive top- and bottom-line performance.


* Develop and maintain tools and reporting dashboards to track internal and external pricing execution and promotional effectiveness.


* Support markets in defining price increases and promotional optimization projects, ensuring alignment with global standards.
