What you will do

This role provides leadership in across Global Supply Chain finance reporting and analytics, working in close partnership with the Regional Supply Chain Finance and Operations leaders.

You will lead and develop a team of two direct reports and a total organization of eight employees.

Key responsibilities for this role will include, but not be limited to, the following activities:


* Lead review of financial closing, financial forecasts and analyses of results to drive profitable decision making, with significant exposure to senior leadership across the business and finance


* Cultivate strong partnership with regional supply chain finance teams, commercial FP&A and supply chain leadership


* Actively participate in the implementation of new finance technology to facilitate the team's work (OneStream, Fin DnA)


* Drive automation and standardization of key financial reports and planning/closing processes


* Evaluate financial models and analyses of different strategic decisions


* Analyze and report on supply chain performance metrics


* Develop and implement strategies to mitigate supply chain risk


* Promote a work environment that challenges the status quo, and leads and adapts to change while managing ambiguity


* Lead, coach and develop a team of professionals responsible for managing supply chain financial operations


* Ensure that financial processes are compliant with all relevant regulations and accounting standards


* Supporting special projects

The successful candidate will be a proactive, independent worker that can deliver outstanding results by pivoting seamlessly from the details to the big picture, creating and building upon existing processes, partnering with cross-functional leaders to shape deliverables with analytics.
