Founded in 1968 and dedicated in loving memory of Helen Lamb Frost, Highland Palms Healthcare Center is a 99-bed skilled nursing facility located in the heart of Highland, California.

We specialize in short-term rehabilitation and long-term care, offering 24-hour compassionate, personalized skilled nursing services.

Our mission is to maintain high medical integrity, foster team spirit, and create a warm, homelike environment for our residents and their families

? What You'll Do


* Safely transport residents to and from appointments, activities, and outings


* Provide companionship and supervision as a patient sitter


* Assist with mobility and ensure resident safety during transport


* Communicate clearly with nursing staff and families


* Be a friendly, reassuring presence for residents throughout the day

✅ What We're Looking For


* A valid driver's license and clean driving record


* Experience working with seniors or in a healthcare setting (preferred)


* Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team


* CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
