Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN

Responsibilities


* Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans


* Support residents in regaining independence with daily living activities


* Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members


* Provide therapeutic exercises, interventions, and adaptive strategies


* Document progress and maintain regulatory compliance


* Educate residents, caregivers, and staff on therapy goals and techniques

Qualifications


* Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) license


* Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills


* Compassionate and team-oriented approach


* SNF or post-acute experience preferred — new grads welcome!
