SCOPE OF ROLE

The Chief Nursing and Operations Officer (CNOO) is the enterprise executive accountable for shaping and driving the execution of Signature Health's vision.

This leader empowers teams by designing, implementing, and standardizing nursing and medical practice operations systems that ensure reliable performance and excellence across the organization's continuum of care.

The CNOO owns system-wide standards for professional nursing practice, leads clinical access and operational reliability in partnership with Medical Leadership, and directs the safety and readiness systems that protect patients and staff.

The CNOO ensures that Signature Health's strategy is realized and that the systems and leadership structures needed to fulfill the mission, vision, and values are developed and sustained.

HOW YOU'LL SUCCEED

Nursing Leadership:


* Professional Nursing Practice: Establishes and maintains system-wide standards for nursing care, including competencies, policies, and delegated-care frameworks that support safe, efficient, high quality, team-based care.


* Financial and Resource Management: Is responsible and accountable for nursing and practice operations resource planning and budget performance, identifying efficiency opportunities and ensuring investments align with clinical and organizational priorities.


* Scope, Compliance, and Billing Integrity: Ensures scope-of-practice compliance and billing integrity for nursing and related roles in partnership with Compliance, Quality, and Revenue Cycle.

Operations Leadership:


* Strategic Planning and Leadership: Is responsible and accountable for the enterprise vision, priorities, and operating strategy for nursing and practice operations in alignment with organizational goals.


* Operations Management: Designs, implements, and continuously improves the nursing and practice operations systems that drive exceptional access, efficiency, and site-level performance.


* Quality and Safety Assurance: Directs nursing quality and safety readiness, including workplace violence prevention and critical incident response.
