Position Title: Manager - Embedded Systems (Firmware Design)

Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics/ Electronics & Communication or related field.

Experience: 3 - 8 years

Work Location: Navi Mumbai (Mahape)

Key Responsibility:


* Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware using Embedded C, C++.


* Work with embedded systems and RTOS environments.


* Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle: requirements, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, and systems engineering.


* Debug and optimize firmware for performance, reliability, and safety.


* Document design specifications, code, and test procedures.

Required Skills:


* 5+ years of experience in embedded firmware development.


* Proficiency in Embedded C programming.


* Solid understanding of the embedded development life cycle and best practices.


* Experience with debugging tools, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and version control systems (e.g., Git).


* Knowledge of functional safety standards.


* Familiarity with communication protocols like CAN, SPI, I2C, UART.
