We are looking for a full-time LVN to bring their energy, empathy, and clinical expertise to our incredible team.

💉 What You'll Be Doing:


* Provide skilled nursing care and treatments per physician orders


* Monitor residents' health status and communicate changes to the care team


* Collaborate with CNAs, RNs, and other interdisciplinary team members


* Administer medications and document care accurately using PCC


* Support residents and their families with compassion and respect

🎯 What We're Looking For:


* Current LVN license in the state of California


* Excellent clinical, communication, and teamwork skills


* PCC experience preferred (or willingness to learn!)


* Passion for long-term care and a positive, proactive attitude
