* Bachelor's Degree,


* 5 years of experience with increasing responsibility in Production Control


* Must be able to work with excel macros, pivot tables and advanced functions

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


* Bachelor Degree preferably in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or related field.


* APICS Certification preferred.


* Manufacturing, purchasing, production planning experience also preferred.


* Expert in Microsoft Excel / Access.

* Good interpersonal skills

The Manufacturing Manager 1st Shift position is critical to driving manufacturing excellence, continuous improvement, and delivering operational results.

This role is responsible for ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators such as quality, productivity, cycle time, delivery, and cash flow, while also maintaining customer satisfaction.

In addition, this position is accountable for leading and coaching hourly employees and manufacturing support staff, focusing on fostering a culture of operational excellence and lean practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Anticipated Pay Range: $85K-$120K per year.
