🗣️ SLP Responsibilities:


* Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders


* Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans


* Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams


* Accurately document evaluations, treatments, and progress


* Educate residents, families, and staff as appropriate

✅ Qualifications:


* Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license


* Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred


* Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills


* Compassionate, patient-centered approach


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
