Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Storage Specialist to join our team in New Jersey/Dallas.

This role is pivotal in managing relationships with large Global System Integrators (GSIs) such as Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, TCS, HCL and others to position HPE Hybrid cloud offering.

The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise and a strategic mindset to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities


* Govern and pitch HPE's technology strategy around Hybrid Cloud [ Storage, Software, HCI etc]


* Deliver & exceed quota for set of GSI's/ or a particular Geo for Hybrid Cloud BU


* Maintain healthy pipeline and ensure YOY growth.


* Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.


* Provide technical leadership and mentorship across cross-functional teams.

Education and Experience


* Proven ability to communicate both technical and business value of HPE solutions to stakeholders at all levels-from end users to executive leadership.


* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with a wide range of organizational lines of business customers.


* Self-motivated and able to quickly learn and adapt in dynamic environments.


* Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise or commercial sales, with a consistent track record of success.


* History of exceeding sales quotas and performance targets.


* Expertise in working within an indirect channel sales model.


* In-depth competitive knowledge of at least one major storage vendor.


* Solid understanding of IT datacenter market dynamics, including current trends and emerging technologies.


* Extensive experience selling comprehensive data lifecycle management solutions, including block and file storage, backup, ransomware protection, and related technologies.


* Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and engage cross-functional teams-including technical, marketing, support, and operations-to drive go-to-market execution and ensure customer success.
