Georgia-Pacific is seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as a Stores Leader for the Bowling Green Storeroom!
Our Stores Leader plays a critical role in maintaining safe, accurate, and efficient storeroom operations.
You will lead the storeroom team responsible for inventory management, receiving, shipping, internal transfers, and repair processes.
This position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure materials are available to support smooth operations.
The role involves maintaining a safe work environment, ensuring inventory accuracy, managing vendor relationships, and driving continuous improvement in storeroom processes aligned with Principle Based Management (PBM) and Koch's vision.
Our work environment is primarily indoors within the storeroom facility.
This role may require lifting materials, operating forklifts (sit-down and standup), and driving Cushman vehicles to facilitate deliveries and material handling.
Flexibility to support multiple shifts or extended hours may be required.

What You Will Do
* Take ownership of maintaining a safe storeroom environment by identifying and addressing hazards immediately and promoting PPE compliance.
* Lead storeroom team members by communicating Koch's vision and PBM principles, fostering transparency, engagement, and accountability.
* Oversee inventory management activities including cycle counts, audits, and managing overmax, over/short/damaged/discrepant (OSD&D) deliveries in partnership with Purchasing.
* Ensure timely receiving of materials (within 24 hours) with 100% accuracy to facilitate prompt invoice payments and material availability.
* Manage shipping, packaging, and delivery operations to ensure parts and materials reach correct destinations safely and on time.
* Maintain storeroom organization, labeling, and security, including satellite storeroom locations.
* Utilize technology tools such as S4/EWM, Ariba, scanners, and reporting dashboards (SQL/Tableau) to monitor KPIs and drive process improvements.
* Act as a subject matter expert to train new employees and support process standardization across teams.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Purchasing, Accounting, Material Coordinators, and Manufacturing to resolve issues and improve workflows.
