UW Health in northern Illinois seeks a BE/BC Allergist and Immunologist to join our growing team.

Our allergy and immunology team is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care for a variety of allergic and immune system disorders.

Your clinical support includes the following:


* Diagnosis and management of allergic diseases, including asthma, allergic rhinitis, food allergies, drug allergies, atopic dermatitis, and anaphylaxis.


* Immunotherapy services, including allergy shots and biologic therapies for severe allergic conditions.


* Evaluation and treatment of immune deficiencies and other immunologic disorders.


* Large built-in referral base from over 100 primary care providers within our medical group, as well as opportunities for collaboration with specialty providers to enhance patient care.


* Participation in educational opportunities with medical students and family medicine residents, as well as an academic appointment with the University of IL College of Medicine at Rockford.


* Access to excellent tertiary specialty support from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health.

Qualifications:


* MD or DO; BC or BE in Allergy and Immunology.


* Active license in the State of Illinois and active DEA license, or the ability to apply for such licenses prior to or upon hire.
