Work Schedule:

90% FTE, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

You will be working at the UW Health Science Drive Medical Center and East Madison Hospital both in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to:


* Work with industry leading Sports Medicine clinicians who provide a full range of care with a team centered approach that includes the patient, nursing staff, Athletic Trainers in addition to our team of providers


* Perform traditional clinic-style telephone and MyChart triage as well as care coordination across multiple disciplines


* Provide patient education and pre-op teaching as needed


* Be part of a team of world-class Orthopedics Team specializing in Foot and Ankle Surgery, Joint Replacement Surgery, Orthopedic Trauma, Rehab Medicine, Spine Medicine and Sports Medicine.

Qualifications



* Graduate of school of nursing Required


* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred

Work Experience



* 6 months of RN experience Required


* Relevant RN experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications



* Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact Upon Hire Required


* CPR/BLS Certification Upon Hire Required


* Applicable clinical certification Preferred
