* Maintain high standards of accuracy, traceability, and documentation quality.
4) Root Cause, CAPA & Product Improvement
* Guide systematic analysis using robust methodologies (8D, FMEA, Ishikawa, DOE, FRACAS).
* Translate findings into clear lessons learned; partner with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to deploy CAPA.
* Validate effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions; track recurrence reduction over time.
5) Training & Competency Development
* Build role-based training matrices covering tools, methods, safety, and product knowledge.
* Conduct regular technical workshops and failure analysis clinics; uplift capability for advanced techniques.
* Certify analysts on critical equipment and methods; maintain competency records.
